This contemporary house is made of black rough concrete. It relies on a large retaining wall consisting of an appliance of dry stones which crosses it from side to side. Its swimming pool is also sealed in rough concrete. All the windows of the building, like all the houses of the agency Au*m, are patented processes that allow the use of exceptionally large windows, which can open fully without apparent carpentry. A glazed slot cross the house right through to bring light into secondary areas who find themselves totally staged. This house is situated in the Rhone region.
