This house made entirely of rough concrete extends on a narrow plot in the Lyon suburbs. The complex structure of the buildings allows it to balance on a single pole which frees the space of physical restraint. The large windows of the ground floor are sliding and thus allow you to open all the space of the garden. Pierre MINASSIAN wanted to realize a unique and contemporary limitless space between the spaces whether indoor or outdoor. Upstairs recessed rooms open onto private spaces. The roof patio partially accessible offers an incomparable point of view on the surrounding valleys of the Lyon region.
